Nutella, banana brownies!
Ingredients: 450g chocolate hazelnut spread 2 ripe bananas 3 eggs 85g plain flour 100g chocolate chips (optional!) Method: turn the oven on to 175C so that it can preheat while you're preparing the ingredients weigh out the 450g of chocolate spread, and mix in the 3 eggs till it's all incorporated fold in the 85g of flour and chocolate chips - try not to overmix! Only fold until you can't see any more flour! mash the 2 ripe bananas in a separate bowl put greaseproof paper in an ovenproof pan, and then stick in the brownie mixture plop the banana mash in dollops onto the mix and swirl it in to create a marbling effect stick in the oven for 30 mins or until it does not wobble when you give it a little nudge!
