Nutella, banana brownies!
Ingredients:
- 450g chocolate hazelnut spread
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 85g plain flour
- 100g chocolate chips (optional!)
Method:
- turn the oven on to 175C so that it can preheat while you're preparing the ingredients
- weigh out the 450g of chocolate spread, and mix in the 3 eggs till it's all incorporated
- fold in the 85g of flour and chocolate chips - try not to overmix! Only fold until you can't see any more flour!
- mash the 2 ripe bananas in a separate bowl
- put greaseproof paper in an ovenproof pan, and then stick in the brownie mixture
- plop the banana mash in dollops onto the mix and swirl it in to create a marbling effect
- stick in the oven for 30 mins or until it does not wobble when you give it a little nudge!
